For Greece:
-All shipments are made in collaboration with Speedex or Courier Center.
-The basic shipping fee for each shipment weighing up to 3kg is € 3.00 with the exception of inaccessible areas which is € 5.00.
If your area is hard to reach (according to the Courier Center and Speedex hard to reach area lists) and you want us to send the package to your door, there may be an additional charge which we will inform you of over the phone. Alternatively, you can pick up your package from the nearest Courier Center or Speedex store without any additional charge.
-There is a cash on delivery option and it costs € 2.00.
-Delivery time is 1-3 working days from the date of shipment and for inaccessible areas is 2-5 days.
For Cyprus
-Financial Shipments By Ferry: Only with 9 € for a package up to 3 kg. The shipment is made via Speedex by ferry and the delivery takes place within 10 working days. For parcels over 3 kg we will contact you for the cost of shipping.
- Courier by Air: - Via Speedex: For parcels up to 2 kg the shipping cost is € 16.99 and delivery is made within 1-3 working days. For parcels over 2 kg we will contact you for the cost of shipping.
Via DHL: Shipping costs and delivery days are calculated at the time of ordering.
For the European Union
-Purchases can be made from all countries that are part of the European Union.
-Shipments are made with DHL..
-The cost of transport is adjusted according to the pieces and their weight.
- There is no possibility of change.
-Payment is made by card or by deposit in our bank account. There is no possibility of cash on delivery.
-Delivery time is 2-10 working days.
The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.
Customer History With Refusal To Receive
Orders of our customers who in their history have shipments that refused to receive or did not respond to our written or telephone (or courier) information and were returned to Fashion Woman with the indication "No interest-Refusal of Receipt", will be accepted only after prepayment by credit card or deposit of the total amount of the new order in our bank account.
