Returns will not be accepted unless preceded by telephone or electronic communication.
Changes for online orders can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
For the change to take place, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, not worn, used, modified or washed, and the tab and barcode removed.
Returned products must be accompanied by the legal document of sale (receipt), which will be enclosed in the package.

In the 3rd & 4th case the cost of transport is borne by the customer. The new order should have a value equal to or greater than the one it replaces.
Shipping costs, cash on delivery costs and the difference that will result from the new order are borne exclusively by the customer.
