The company is obliged to inform the user / visitor, before completing the purchase for:
- the main features of the product
- the total value of the goods / goods, including VAT, or any other charge
- other additional financial charges (shipping, delivery, postage).
It is forbidden to charge visitors / users at an additional cost, which exceeds the cost of using the same means of payment by the company (eg cash on delivery)
After the purchase is completed and the user / visitor pays the agreed amount, the company must deliver the agreed product within a reasonable time, ie no later than 30 days from the date of its order. In case of unjustified delay the user / visitor can terminate the contract, thus obliging the company to return the money received.
The user / visitor has the right to withdraw from this contract and return the products he bought, free of charge, and without being obliged to inform the "Company" the reason why he wants the products returned within a period of fourteen (14 ) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. In this case, it is charged only with the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are only accepted if the products they wish to return are in the same condition in which they were received, ie without being unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
It is forbidden to return products that are to be damaged or expire soon, as well as those that are considered unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene.
To avoid inconvenience to the user / visitor, it is advisable to carefully check, at the time of delivery of the order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong type etc.).
